The Greenlight engineer app installs to the home screen on any Android handset — no app store, no per-seat licence. It is offline-capable: jobs, checklists, photos, parts and signatures are captured on device in a plant room or basement and sync the moment the phone is back in signal.

Completing a job in the phone writes straight back to the live job record, so the dispatch board and dashboard update too.

Travel vs on-site — Two-stage timer feeds timesheets and client billing.
Evidence capture — Photos, notes, parts used and customer signature.
Photos — Camera or gallery, compressed on device, before/after tagged.
Time off — Engineers book leave; the office approves it on the same data.
